If you bought your product directly from Rakku, the return policy below applies:
- - If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, ship the item back to us at your expense within thirty (30) days after the shipment date. We will not issue refunds for items returned 30 days after the shipment date.
- - If an item is suspected to be defective, please contact customer service at 310-474-7300 to try to resolve the problem before returning the product.
- - Any item may be exchanged or refunded if the product is in its original condition including the package and all accessories. The value of missing items may be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
- - To process a return, please contact Rakku at 310-474-7300 for return instructions. Enclose a letter with an explanation as to why you are asking for a refund or an exchange and also include your name, full address, and either a phone number or email address. We will refund the purchase price of your product. Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
- - For exchanges, we will exchange what is returned (e.g. box for box, manual for manual, etc.)
- - A re-stocking fee of $10 will be applied to products not returned in good condition or if the return is not made within the thirty (30) day return policy mentioned above.
- - Reminder: Rakku cannot process returns or exchanges that were not purchased directly from Rakku (www.rakkudesigns.com). If you did not buy your product from Rakku, please contact the retailer.
